Plan Of Attack was on the heels of the leaders when falling three out in the Fulke Walwyn Kim Muir at Cheltenham, a race in which he’d finished fourth 12 months earlier. He should make a bold bid for compensation here while it would be no surprise to see El Presente reverse Ludlow running with Checkitout with that run under his belt. Potterman was rested after unseating his rider in the Ladbrokes Trophy at Newbury in November and this is his time of year.
