An ultra-competitive handicap and from a shortlist of FANJURA, Eastern Aria and Night Crescendo we will put forward Fanjura as the pick. The selection is proving difficult for the handicapper to nail as he has won his last two races by narrow margins. He looks progressive and he has conditions to suit and we are confident that there will be more to come from him. Eastern Aria has won three of her six races on the turf and she scored last time despite not having her ideal ground conditions. She is dropped in trip here which will not be a problem and she should go well. Night Crescendo is more exposed than some of these but he ran well last time at Ascot. He is a capable performer on his day but he is hugely inconsistent and the percentage call would be to take him on. Australia Day disappointed at Goodwood last time but he has got course and distance winning form and he could go well at a price. Supaseus hails from a yard in good form and he could prove best of the others, but for the winner we will nominate Fanjura.
