The well-bred LEOCORNO has to win here if she is to make the line-up for the Investec Oaks and can do so from Lady Brora and Bookiebasher Babe. The selection is a half-sister to the top-class Golan as well as Derby runner-up Tartan Bearer and won nicely on her sole start at Doncaster last term. Bred to thrive over middle-distances at three, it will be a surprise, and disappointment, if she can't leave this mark well behind. Lady Brora was a beaten favourite on her fibresand debut last time. She ran well in defeat though and is worth another look now stepped up in trip. Bookiebasher Babe is chasing a hat-trick today after recording two victories on the fibresand at Southwell recently but this is altogether more difficult.
