A tough puzzle with many in with a competitive claim. Ouzo will be popular for the Osbornes after posting two good efforts this season after running really well in Meydan over the winter. He's every chance on the formbook but his last win came 20 starts ago in October 2020 and that is a concern despite him contesting classy handicaps. Austrian Theory has a leading form claim at his best but his draw may make his normal front-running tactics hard to implement. What's The Story is nine now but the flame still burns brightly and he's finished runner-up in good handicaps since joining the Fahey team and will be hard to keep out of the frame. However, METAL MERCHANT has also been running well in good-quality handicaps and was unlucky not to finish closer in a hot affair at Goodwood latest.
