Verdict

Fruit Blossom was well beaten on her chasing debut at Perth but gets another chance after reverting to hurdles and landing a Downpatrick handicap from today's rival Presenting Doyen, who has subsequently won at Killarney and been placed at Sligo from 12lb higher. Howya C D And E started favourite for the Downpatrick event but refused to race and she fell at the first on her only start over fences. Natural Look makes her chasing debut after landing a handicap over timber at Cork and finishing runner-up at Kilbeggan while winning bumper and hurdler Rebel Rose disappointed at Tipperary last time. THECORNERHOUSE completed a double over timber in the spring before chasing home the long odds-on Roseys Hollow on her chasing debut at Tipperary and can go one better. Four-times hurdles winner Ally Cay had a recent run on the Flat to put her straight for her debut over fences.
