We will give Gallantry another chance here, with Go Mo, Marching Song, Bluff ad Curtain Bluff rated as her main dangers. The selection looked very promising when landing a Warwick maiden in June, but was then well beaten over course and distance on her only start since. However, it transpired that she had been struck into there so it seems fair to forgive that effort and give her another chance. Much as he is seven pounds higher than when scoring at Folkestone, Go Mo looks set to go well, as he possibly has improvement in him and was beaten over a shorter trip last time, while Marching Song was decent as a juvenile but comes here without a previous run this season. Bluff hasn't built on his Folkestone win but first-time cheekpieces might help the cause, and Swift Oscar ran well here over a mile on June 2nd and the drop in trip could yet work in his favour. Curtain Bluff has been running pretty well, although his mark looks no better than fair, while Amazin has disappointed since looking promising as a two-year-old, and Dhaular Dhar has yet to get his act together. Overall, then, once again, the vote goes to Gallantry.
