Bonus looks the part in this handicap and he is taken to get the better of Woodcote Place and Dingaan. The selection finished in mid-division at Goodwood last time but he has been running in some pretty hot races of late and this looks a more realistic target for him. He has no trip or ground worries and he should run a big race. Woodcote Place is the main danger as he has won twice before at this time of year and he has hinted on his last couple of outings that his turn might not be far away. Dingaan ran a more encouraging race at Ripon last time but he still a bit to prove at present and the percentage call is to oppose him. The booking of Kerrin McEvoy for Sailor King catches the eye and he could prove best of the remainder, but for the winner we will stick with Bonus.
