Mubariz ended last year with a maiden success at Nottingham but has no easy task up against race-fit rivals. Cristal Breeze defied a penalty at Wolverhampton last month and can figure handicapping for the first time today while Multamis made a winning start in handicaps when scoring at Epsom and is 5lb higher. Absolutio was beaten at Doncaster last month having made a winning return at Redcar while New King came up short over 1m2f here in April and POUR ME A DRINK failed to stay over the same trip here last time. But the latter had won in soft ground over a mile at Haydock before that and should go close again given both placed horses have subsequently boosted the form by winning.
