Estiqaama finished a long way behind Great Timing on debut at Newmarket in the autumn but has obviously improved over the winter as she won in a canter at Yarmouth 10 days ago. William Haggas' filly will make a bold bid to defy her penalty but this is a far more competitive affair with Lingfield winner Simply Elegant also on an upward curve and Miss Marjurie likely to strip fitter for her comeback fourth in a better race at Goodwood. Vanity Rules and Azenzar are also capable of bouncing back from recent setbacks but we might take a chance on the Galileo filly SIGNATURE DISH, who ran her best race last season when stepped up to this trip and is set to start the new campaign on an attractive mark.
