Recent rain has eased the going which should suit The Plan Man, who made a very promising start when caught on the line by Protestant at Roscommon though the winner has been well beaten subsequently. Morga has had plenty of chances but she's generally raced in better company and should be in the shake-up as should QEWY, who gets the nod on his return to action as he was staying on strongly behind the useful Trading Leather over a mile at Gowran in September. Great Explorer will have derived benefit from his run on heavy ground here in October and better is expected of the son of Galileo this season.
