Nezami impressed at Leicester at the weekend and if turning up here gets the nod ahead of Brassini and Divine Power. All three on the shortlist are recent winners but it was hard not to be impressed with the style of Nezami's recent win. On similar ground to today's likely going, he came from off a strong pace to score nicely and if similar tactics are applied today it is unlikely that a 6lb penalty will stop him. Brassini is a course and distance winner and is so consistent that the handicapper may have him about right now after a 5lb rise in the weights, so a bigger danger could be Divine Power who is unexposed and acts very nicely on soft ground. Dunn'o, Harry Gee and Wigram's Turn all have bits of pieces of form that make them interesting, whilst Arabian Spirit is holding his form well and ran well in defeat recently; however Nezami is taken to land a tricky handicap.
