      Verdict

Quick Wave needs to bounce back from a poor run at Kelso and INNISFREE LAD (NAP) is preferred at the weights. He ran a cracker behind Highland Hunter at Carlisle on his first run for a new yard and handles this quicker surface. Versatility was in good form in the autumn and Mister Murchan is interesting back over 3m having won a couple of times over shorter trips this season. Eclair De Guye was clear of the rest when runner-up to Eclaif Surf over course and distance last month so also warrants a mention but Boughtbeforelunch is just 1-15 over fences and was proving hard to place last year.
