Doric Lady has displayed the best recent form of this sprint handicap field so has to be respected but COMMANDER WISH now looks weighted to score again and he is taken to land this with Requisite also on the shortlist. Four wins from 12 starts is a decent record and with conditions in his favour he should run a big race. Doric Lady disappointed off this mark last time but that was in a better race. She should go better now back in this class but there is a nagging doubt her rating is just too high. Requisite has scored once at this venue in two visits and having found just one too good under this burden last time he should go close again. All of Handsome Cross' victories have come over this trip but he still looks in the grip of the assessor so in a very trappy race Commander Wish is the percentage call.
