A smashing line-up for this Listed race, in which Vienna's Boy can confirm Royal Ascot form with Bachelor Of Arts, with others to consider being Great Scott and Prince Of Denmark. The selection finished just over three lengths in front of Bachelor Of Arts at Ascot and, despite being two pounds worse off, can confirm that form. A stablemate of the selection, Prince Of Denmark was fourth in the National Stakes here in May and confirmed that form when fifth in the Norfolk Stakes at the Royal Meeting. Mark Johnston's two-year-olds swept all before them at that fixture and the Middleham handler is represented by Great Scott here. He's progressive, his career record is now two-from-three but this represents his toughest test to date and he does have to concede five pounds to the field by virtue of a valuable Beverley success. Ann Summers Too ran a fine race on only her second start to finish fourth in the Queen Mary Stakes, but more will be needed this time. The David Evans pair, Danifah and Fortunately, also have to step up their games to score here, although Kieren Fallon is an interesting booking for the latter. It's not cut-and-dried by any means, but Vienna's Boy gets the nomination.
