    Verdict

Wave Reviews has been a beaten favourite in both starts this year and looks worth taking on again here. Gibbs Hill is getting closer but makes his debut on Turf and it's not easy to make a case for many of the others with experience, though Great And Small is a likely improver. Silk Suit may need today's experience but fellow newcomer PURE INNOCENCE should know what's required. Ralph Beckett's Montjeu filly cost 105,000 guineas as a yearling and is closely related to useful middle-distance performer Touch Of Genius as well as smart miler Olden Times so is taken to make a winning start.
