DIAMOND DUCHESS is the selection with Brunette and Flaming Miracle on the shortlist. The Dubawi filly saw the mile out at Haydock despite the softening ground conditions and with form already demonstrated on this surface, the bookmakers will not be taking any chances. Brunette is one of many entries from the Richard Hannon team. The half-sister to Sting Like a Bee has to reverse form with our selection though is presumably pick of the entry if the jockey bookings are to be believed. Flaming Miracle brings Salisbury form to the table having belied odds of 50/1 to finish close up in a maiden at the course. Dream Spinner and Chairman Pat were disappointing at Brighton and that could be as good as they are. Whiepa Snappa obviously likes esoteric tracks as Lingfield and Epsom have figured in his plans already. Wing Of Faith has been outpaced over six and could be a possible improver for the step up to further tonight. Diamond Duchess has enough in her favour to recommend her to follow up her recent success.
