An open handicap can go to Talcen Gwyn who gets the vote ahead of fellow recent winners Roman Quintet and The History Man, whilst Tamino also rates a danger. The selection has the experienced Serena Brotherton aboard this afternoon who is still searching for her first win since returning from injury. The selection is equally effective over this trip having won over the minium trip last time out and having won off 76 in the past, this revised mark of 66 should hold no fears. Roman Quintet's recent form looks solid and he must be respected; although he doesn't always follow up one good run with another so for that reason is opposed. The History Man has a 6lb penalty for his recent success and he would be a real threat if allowed to dominate here as he did that day. Tamino is consistent and effective over a variety of trips, Hugh Morrison's runner mustn't be left out of calculations however Talcen Gwyn is taken to continue his winning form.
