A number of lightly-raced sorts open to considerable improvement on show, with John Gosden's Make My Day an obvious case in point. He was beaten quite some way on debut but should prove far more streetwise now and is respected along with recent Bath runner-up Moghram. Both Arthur Pendragon and Isolate have displayed sufficient talent to suggest they can get their respective heads in front at some stage but we'll go along with the most experienced contender in INCLYNE to break her duck. Progressing steadily on a run-by-run basis, the Balding filly has gone close on handicap starts the last twice and can score now returned to maiden company.
