      Verdict

      Moabit will be back jumping again shortly but beat Waterville Dancer over course and distance on soft going in July, though the runner-up has a chance of reversing the form today on 3lb better terms. Rydan is very interesting as he won here just over a year ago and wasn’t beaten far in a decent contest at Newbury last time, despite finishing out of the frame. Dropped 2lb since, Gary Moore’s charge goes on the short-list as does Gawdawpalin, though the latter is trying a new trip. Champagne Champ and Paris Protocol are others to consider but LUSTROUS LIGHT my have the class to defy top weight. Though no match for On To Victory and Battersea here last month, he kept on in the closing stages so trip and ground clearly won’t be a problem.
