The shortlist contains Atlantic Waves, Dylan Thomas and Arabian Prince, with the vote going to Atlantic Waves. Atlantic Waves is interesting here. Beautifully bred, he very much left a good impression when scoring at Leicester, beating Bold And Free in the process. We take him him to build on that win in this Group 3 affair. Doctor Dash disappointed at Group 2 level last time but holds Zato on earlier course and distance form. The Aidan O'Brien runner, Arabian Prince is an interesting raider following his maiden win, but Dylan Thomas is possibly the stronger raider from the yard, having looked progressive in scoring twice. Genari still looked like he had more to come at Haydock last time, while Silver Blue looks a solid 90-plus performer, as does Sonny Santino. There are some interesting maiden winners here as well but we select Atlantic Waves in the hope that he can build on his impressive debut win.
