      Verdict

      Nothing is ruled out in this but a tentative vote goes to ANGHAAM, who followed up a win on fast ground at Haydock with a close-up third off this mark at Newmarket and has Thore Hammer Hansen’s 3lb claim in his favour. Mirage Mac won his only previous start on Turf and Dromquinna has run respectably in both outings this term. Talbeyah finished fourth in a Listed race after easily beating track and trip winner Amy Beach at Chepstow but the runner-up is now 14lb better off.
