In depth

Verdict

Darkest has been looking as though a longer trip would suit and never got close enough over the track and trip last time. Ediyva was returning from a very long break when beaten 5 lengths into fourth at Naas and is entitled to make progress but LADY ANNER is the definite form pick on her neck defeat by So Wonderful at the Curragh. The winner was losing her maiden tag at the 14th attempt that day but showed it was no fluke when landing a Listed contest next time. Rose Tinted Sand was beaten a long way in the former event so looks well held by the selection though she should get closer.
