Paradis De Thaix has really found his form and a 7lb rise for beating Francis Du Mesnil at Listowel shouldn't be too much of a problem and he should get competitive. Pistol Jack started favourite for that Listowel contest but still had plenty to do when falling at the fourth last. He can do better but it's another recent faller, ONZO MOR, who gets the vote. Denis Cullen's grey was just touched off over the C&D in June and has since scored at Wexford. He was still there with a chance when coming to grief at the last on his latest start at Tramore and can gain compensation. Yet another faller, Ballygill Gale, scored over 3m here last month and this may prove on the short side.
