Verdict

Whiteball Wonder, a dual winner on the flat at the Curragh, is an interesting newcomer but hurdling form suggests this should chiefly concern COMMON ALLIANCE, Echua and Riverscape. The former is a beautifully-bred filly who made a very promising racecourse debut on fast ground at Punchestown last month when only just held by Sandymount Lady. With normal improvement likely she can take this for Jessica Harrington. Echua had some decent form on the flat so it was no great surprise to see him produce a fair debut run behind Cabernet Sauvignon at Ballinrobe and he's another who will have benefited from that experience. Riverscape has been steadly progressing over timber and there was plenty to like about his close second to Split Ear at Ballinrobe at the end of last month.
