It's not surprising that Golden Nugget went off a 25/1 chance at Sligo considering his form but he defied that SP in gutsy fashion and there's no reason why the extra quarter-mile should pose a problem. Humor Me Rene has to be on the short-list after his excellent victory over the in-form Great Realief at Tipperary though that was over 7f and this represents a huge step-up in trip. AT PRESENT has found 1m4f just stretching her stamina on her last two starts but ran very well on both occasions, especially on her latest start behind the prolific La Chassotte. Jessica Harrington's filly is making good progress and is probably on a lenient mark at present. The consistent Valbucca makes her handicap debut after several decent efforts and is another to consider in an open contest.
