Verdict

Secret Hero won twice for Richard Hannon in the UK at this time a year ago from much higher marks so is one to keep an eye on despite poor recent form. Connections of Option Be were mortified when the six-year-old was disqualified at Down Royal last time as that would have been his first success in 27 starts. He didn't do too much wrong there and as this is a similar grade event he will make a bold bid to gain compensation. However, the one to be on is ALL IN CLOVER, a progressive type trained by the in-form David Marnane who gained a comfortable success at Fairyhouse last week and has her penalty reduced by the claim of the excellent Shane Foley. Proud Catch is still a maiden after 13 starts but ran well at Limerick last time and has dropped to a fair mark.
