Bonny Isle had shown very little in points or over fences before a much improved run when just touched off by Strolling Home at Downpatrick in May but she'll do well to take this under her big weight. Island Peak has won three times between the flags and done well in hunter chases but he's another looking high enough in the handicap. Kilbane River hasn't proved he stays this far Calypso Queen will have found the trip too short at Wexford last time and can get involved here but a chance is taken with SKIDROE JOE. Donal Hassett's charge was returning from a year's break when scoring at Tramore in October then flopped when fancied a couple of weeks later. Obviously best when fresh this won't take much winning and he's fitted with blinkers for the first time.
