Verdict

Branscombe is 10lb higher than last month’s victory at Lingfield and will find this tougher while AREEN FAISAL won off a 9lb lower mark at Pontefract last summer. But he’s been placed in Listed company subsequently and David O’Meara’s new charge may prove good enough having been gelded over the winter. Roundhay Park won twice over the minimum trip last year while Dawn Breaking landed a couple of novice events at Pontefract and goes handicapping for the first time.
