Verdict

Noble Gift won this off a higher mark in 2016 and wasn’t beaten far when fourth at Chelmsford recently. But BRANDON CASTLE (NAP) made a winning reappearance at Musselburgh last month in a tougher contest than this and Archie Watson’s charge is taken to defy a 4lb rise and go in again. Great Hall is not badly treated on last year’s winning form but ran poorly at Doncaster last time while Grandee won a Listed race when trained in Ireland last year but debuts for new connections today. Sofia's Rock could go well from the front but may prefer faster going while Super Kid hasn’t raced since 2016.
