A tough race to call here for punters with very little between many of the leading lights but the principals look to be Ishetoo, Avertuoso and Tombi and the vote is given to the progressive Ishetoo. The selection has been in the form of his life of late and won well last time out when beating Windjammer. Granted he has another penalty for that win but he again has conditions to suit and he is taken to defy the handicapper from a good draw. Tombi rates the main danger on his latest fourth behind Docofthebay. That horse has since ran well under a penalty so the form looks solid and he should be watched in the market. Avertuoso is another that could go well but his best form is over the minimum trip and he is opposed with this in mind. Pickering was a fair second behind Woqood last time and is another with place claims but consistency is not his strong point. Charlie Tipple is game and consistent and is sure to run his race but he now looks in the handicappers grip. Of the remainder Sunnyside Tom is from an in-form yard and could go well at a price but Ishetoo looks progressive and he is taken to win again.
