Verdict

Zomerlust won this last year and remains in very good form though this looks a stronger claiming event than normal. Arganil won a class 3 handicap at Thirsk last month and though beaten in similar class subsequently he's well up to this but Tajneed finished in front of him here last time and, as Dandy Nicholls' veteran loves this track and some give in the ground, he can confirm that superiority. FATHSTA is another who hasn't won for a while but he's been running in much higher grade including when a close fourth in a class 2 handicap at Goodwood. It's about time he was winning again and this looks a good opportunity.
