This is a competitive handicap and from a shortlist of Veiled Applause, Lucayan Dancer and Just Lille we will put forward Veiled Applause as the pick. John Quinn has got his string in really good form at present and this 5-year-old boasts some really solid recent form. He has ground conditions to suit and he should be hard to beat. Lucayan Dancer was a little disappointing when last seen out but that run can be forgiven as he had an awful draw at Chester and he was never able to get into the race. Just Lille has certainly got the form to get competitive but she needed her first run last season and that may be the case again this time around. Goodbye Mr Bond has course and distance winning form and he can go well for each-way punters, but for win purposes Veiled Applause looks the bet.
