        In depth

        Verdict

        Both In Trutina and Texting went very close on their latest outings at Thirsk and Pontefract respectively and are difficult to separate on collateral form. It would be no surprise to see either land this but a chance is taken on the returning VICTORY DAY. He’s been gelded since last season’s moderate efforts over 7f and much better is expected today given the Haggas yard have a fine strike rate at the track. Grey Berry looks best of her yard’s three runners but has a bit to find with Texting while Abate is preferred to Bedtime Bella and Gunnison on a recent fourth at Pontefract.
