A tough race to call here for punters with many in with chances on there best form but the principals look to be Pomfret Lad, Paris Bell and Prince Tum Tum and the vote is given to Pomfret Lad. The selection won well last time out when beating Phizzlephut and although he has a penalty for that win he remains well weighted on his best form and under conditions that suit he is taken to score. Paris Bell rates the main danger as he also won well last time when beating Tanforan but this looks tougher and his penalty may just find him out. Prince Tum Tum was a fair fourth behind Will He Wish last time and is another with place claims but he is hard to win with. Artie is on a fair mark and the booking of Robert Winston catches the eye and the softer the ground the grater his chance. Of the remainder Crimson Silk was a fair third behind Triculo last time and is another with place claims despite top weight especially as this longer trip will suit. This is a trappy affair and the market will be very informative but Pomfret Lad won well last time and he is taken to win again.
