Ice Planet is taken to get his head in front in the finale with The Leather Wedge and Sir Sandrovitch rated as the main dangers. The selection won well last time at Thirsk over today's trip when beating He's A Rocket in a competitive handicap. He has only raced nine times so there could still be more to come and from a good draw he should be hard to beat. The Leather Wedge is in good form at present but he only just won at Catterick last time when beating Unlimited and he is not ideally drawn today which make it tough for him to make it three wins in a row. Sir Sandrovitch is another that has been done no favours by the draw but he is game and consistent and he looks to have solid place prospects. Pulse has been running well of late and he has a good draw today so it would be no surprise to see him go close, but for the winner we return to Ice Planet.
