        Verdict

        Reinstorm got off the mark at Beverley last month and would be a topical, if grammatically incorrect, winner. Metronomic successful stepped up in trip here last time but that was only a seller and Racemaker’s third over course and distance last month looks better form, though he finished behind Barwell over a mile at Thirsk earlier. POWERFUL LOVE and Warm Love were both behind Racemaker on their latest starts but Mark Johnston’s colt, who is a full brother to Grade 2 winner in the States, looked in need of the run that day. Better is expected now and he can reverse the placings and take this.
