Verdict

American History certainly deserves to get her head in front but is rated by 5lb inferior to Sileel, though the latter was below par at Nottingham last time. Munthany wasn’t beaten far in a blanket finish at Newbury and would have every chance if appreciating this longer trip but this looks a good opportunity for the Nathaniel filly TARTE TROPEZIENNE. She’s out of a mare who won over 1m4f and there was definitely some improvement when upped to this sort of trip at Lingfield.
