Watersmeet has earned his rating with three runners-up efforts on Polytrack and there's no reason to believe he won't be as effective on Turf. He still looked in need of experience at Wolverhampton and looks certain to make the frame. TOWER POWER made his handicap debut at Nottingham after three moderate Polytrack runs and looked very much at home on the surface. He had a desperately unlucky run and should have won so a 3lb rise doesn't look enough to prevent him going one better. Special Miss also makes her Turf debut after three Polytrack efforts and this half-sister to seven winners has more to offer. Aldreth was fancied at Beverley last time after a better run at Redcar but was undone by the very heavy ground and this should more to his liking while the consistent front-runner Truancy could be suited by racing on ground with some give for the first time.
