Verdict

TEES SPIRIT was beaten only a head at Doncaster having earlier won over track and trip. He beat Brazen Belle on that occasion and she has subsequently won on the all-weather while the latter’s stablemate General Sago has placed in all three outings so far and makes his handicap debut. Royal Musketeer drops down in class having failed to beat a rival at Ascot on his reappearance.
