      Verdict

      BRIYOUNI was engaged to run in the 7.00 here last night where he looked to have a very good chance of carrying a penalty for his impressive Nottingham victory to another success. If taking his chance here he'd be the one to beat. Wotabreeze is also penalised after his victory at Hamilton last week and he's very much on the upgrade so would be the one to take advantage if the selection doesn't turn up. L'apogee was 5l behind the selection at Nottingham but is lightly raced and should get closer while Mr Grumpy gets a mark after three maiden runs, the latest at Pontefract where he showed up well for a long way. Maulesden May's form has been on soft ground so any rain would aid her cause.
