With little to go on in this maiden we strongly suggest a market check, Queen's Scholar has a nice pedigree but RED FANTASY should have come on for recent runs out and the experience may tell against newcomer Invitee. The trip should definitely suit Red Fantasy and also with an excellent pedigree should progress well here. She has an entry at Ascot later in the month and therefore big things are expected. Queen's Scholar weakened in the final furlong at Haydock last time and never really posed a challenge. Although improvement can be expected from this Mark Johnston filly we feel she is best watched this time. Invitee is another with classy parents but may not have enough to see off this field on her debut. This is a nice maiden with a wide open field, but our selection is by High Chapparal out of Petite Fantasy and with this in mind we tentatively side with Red Fantasy to provide the victory here.
