Constables Art could be on the upgrade and so is worth chancing over Neil's Legacy, Agilete, Flaxby and the rest. The three-year-old Constables Art has had just the two runs to date, and judged on the way he responded to first-time blinkers when gallantly trying to make all over 12 furlongs at Beverley, this slight drop back in trip is just the ticket. He will know more now, and is worth chancing to gets the better of some more experienced opponents. Neil's Legacy won easily enough at Hamilton in claiming company last time, but there has to be a doubt about his effectiveness over this longer trip. Agilete ran a blinder though at Haydock, just failing to master Evolution Ex, whom he was meeting on 17lb worse terms than in a handicap, so Jeff Pierce's charge has to be respected despite his weight. Flaxby ran well from a poor draw at Beverley, but that race was little better than today's, so we should not get too carried away, and we are prepared to stick with Constables Art.
