Michael Bell starts one of the most important weeks of his training life and he can begin it on a winning note with Magic Sting in this valuable handicap, Blue Monday and Sky Quest are two others worthy of respect. The selection is no Motivator but has landed two decent races and still looks on a fair mark. His first success was over course and distance and after humping ten stone to victory at Folkestone last time he should fly round here with just eight stone three on his back. Blue Monday has obviously had his training problems but looked a decent prospect in 2003. His comeback race earlier this month was a very competitive affair and if he doesn't bounce he should be involved in the finish today. Sky Quest doesn't take too much racing these days but does go well fresh. He's not badly treated on his best form and could go close at a decent price. Waverley is from a yard that is doing well with it's handicappers and should be noted for any market move, however Magic Sting is progressing nicely and will be hard to beat off this weight.
