Verdict

Green Pirate is the tentative choice in a wide open seller, Inside Story and Desert Lightning should give him plenty to think about. The Ray Craggs trained four-year-old has been in good form this season, running second to Cd Europe in a similar race to this before being slightly out-classed in a better event at Thirsk. In this comapnty today he should go close under Robert Winston. Inside Story drops to selling company for the first time and being lightly raced, still has scope for some improvement. Desert Lightning has finished runner up twice in this grade recently and should again be chasing some place money. Hamaasy would go close on his best form and looks the best of the rest, but Green Pirate appears to have the strongest recnet form and gets our vote.
