Lord Buffhead just scraped home at Musselburgh last month and may struggle to follow up here off a 5lb higher mark, though he'll enjoy the recent rain and this isn't the most competitive of finales despite the numbers. Kyllachy Dancer would have claims on his best form while One Kool Dude is another to consider. Dartrix makes his handicap debut off a decent mark but so does IMPERIAL LEGEND and it's Dandy Nicholls' gelding, helped by his young rider's 7lb claim, that gets the vote as long as the ground doesn't become too testing.
