Verdict

PUELLA LAW has been staying on over shorter in both starts so this greater emphasis on stamina can see her off the mark. Karl Burke's newcomer Molten Rock is bred for middle-distances so should have the necessary stamina for this as should Ribble River, who stayed on late over 7f at Newcastle. The former's stable companion Fiskerton never got involved at Hamilton while Johnny Ringo was beaten ten lengths at Musselburgh.
