Jems Bond has been winning at Newcastle while Louis Treize scored at Wolverhampton last month but neither have won on Turf so far. The latter comment also applies to Billy Wedge, third here on his return from a lay-off. GIANT STEPS hadn’t raced on Turf since 2020 but made a winning return when successful over the minimum trip at Catterick and looks worth sticking with.
