        Verdict

        Mokaman was entered in the 4.10 Thirsk yesterday. James Watt, who won a Ripon handicap last year off a mark of 73, drops into this lowly grade for the first time and should go close. RED ALLURE wouldn’t want any further easing of conditions but handles good to soft and has every chance on her best form while a case can also be made for Musselburgh runner-up Birdie Bowers. Mrs Bagerran is more consistent than her rivals and completes the shortlist.
