    Verdict

Venturous has won 13 of his 81 career starts and was successful on his only previous run here. A winner at York two runs ago and at Catterick in the spring, ROUNDHAY PARK was badly hampered on the Knavesmire latest and is now reunited with regular pilot Faye McManoman. Tinto hasn’t been running badly and cheekpieces are added today while Aplomb is still useful when in the mood and Ventura Express was only beaten a neck at York latest, though that was over 5f. Fast And Loose is having only a third run of the campaign and the three-year-old Rock Of England also enters calculations.
