    Verdict

Kirkby's Treasure, Borodinsky and Tour d'Amour are shortlisted in this handicap and the vote is given to Kirkby's Treasure. The selection won well last time when beating Linden's Lady at Musselburgh. It was a good effort considering he found plenty of trouble in running and with a clear passage here he should take plenty of stopping. Borodinsky won at Catterick last time but he doesn't score very often and the percentage call is to oppose him under his penalty. Tour d'Amour ran well in the first-time blinkers when chasing home the progressive Sam's Secret over this course and distance last time and if the blinkers work the oracle again then he can make the frame. Bond Diamond is a course and distance winner and could go well at a price, but for the winner we are happy to stick with Kirkby's Treasure.
